The fee includes 1 inspection & analysis of location to consider good lighting, comfort and functionality. Check symmetry and overall look to match with the existing finish of the house. Design the job considering snow load specifications, strength & durability. Preliminary information about location of footing, posts & beams. Includes 1 floor plan of the proposed project with measurement. Submission of a quote with fixed price costing per design.
When you’re satisfied with the design, PDC will give you a fixed price costing for said design. PDC will write an agreement to build the job subject to your approval. If you award us to build the project, this fee shall be deducted from the contract.
