With peace of mind that your patio cover is functional, safe and comfortable to use, you’ll be able to get the best usage and most enjoyment from it.
The fee includes one inspection & analysis of issues and defects about the existing patio cover. Primetop Decks & Covers a.k.a. PDC will be providing recommendations to resolve the problems. PDC will calculate a fixed price costing and then will write an agreement subject to your approval. If you award us to work on the project, this fee shall be deducted from the contract.
